I just wanted a reminder of how we did Christmas decorations this year...for the next!

Zoo Cake

 So my little baby turned 4 in September....yes I realize this post is only 4 months behind schedule...oops! Well this year the little boss man wanted a lion cake....as some may remember from last year, he had a tiger cake. So I tried....and tried to convince him to do something a little different, but this is what he wanted, so that's what he got. That and we had his birthday at the zoo, so I guess it was appropriate and all. I was not in the mood to do a large laborious cake like last year, so I went the cutsie route instead of more life-like. I basically made a double layer 8 inch cake which was delicious, and then I made the little fondant lion with his little fondant birthday hat and ice cream cone. Ethan thought it was super cool, so that's all that matters, right? That gave mommy more time to spend with her little big boy!

Another satisfied customer? I sure hope so!
