This is the latest cake I've made for my daughter's 2nd birthday at the zoo. I went with a hippo for the "main" cake, made out of vanilla and chocolate with cream cheese frosting and marshmallow fondant. The zebra cake for the birthday girl was zebra patterned on the inside (though I didn't take a picture). I wanted something a little more girly for her, so that was the compromise.
